Brian Nessel

Owner/Nutritionist/Trainer Brian has a degree in Holistic Nutrition with an emphasis on Biochemistry and Physiology from the Global College of Natural Medicine (now the University of Natural Health at Kingdom University).  In 2010 Brian began his nutritional practice through a chiropractor’s office and then branched out on his own in 2012, starting Nessel’s Nutrition

Pamela Lucas

Morning Trainer. Pamela is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition to her CPT, Pamela also is certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Pamela runs our morning strength training classes.

Jodie Mrak

Afternoon Trainer. Jodie is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her own personal weight loss and fitness journey inspired her to want to help others find their strength as well. Two years ago she was 70 pounds overweight and starting to ache in her joints. She decided to make a change and is now helping others on their own journey. Jodie runs strength training classes in the afternoons and evenings.

Cyd Deane

Office Manager. Cyd has been working for Brian since 2021, but has been working with him as a client since 2018. She loves the environment and strives to make it a great place for everyone. Cyd will help you with all your scheduling needs and questions. In addition to the office, Cyd is also a Certified Personal Trainer and runs some of the morning classes.
